Is ther a hair product out there that can double the speed growth and is healthy?..kinda like a food for hair.

IMHO, no matter what people tell you or whatever products are suggested, the only two things that can grow hair faster are 1.) Time and 2.) Scalp massage.

Now there are products that stimulate the scalp to encourage better circulation to the scalp, but basic hair care is suggested. Wash and condition hair at least weekly, trim hair regularly to prevent split ends and breakage, scalp massage, and patience. Stay away from products that clog the pores like mineral oil or petroleum (Vaseline) and alcohol in the ingredients. Also drinking plenty of water and eating a healthy, balanced diet will help too.
