i wanna use it inside my swim cap because water still goes inside the swim cap over time.. so yeah i wanna make sure my hair isnt hurt by chemicals in the pool. thanks!

get a spray bottle...3/4 with water the rest with normal conditioner, mix it, apply generously before and after swimming. you can also get a conditioner that removes chlorine after swimming and prevents it from turning green if you have blonde hair, the spray bottle also works well with this type of conditioner.
