How to repaire hair that is severally damaged?

ok so to start off my hair is naturally really curly. its highlighted to a light blonde and my natural color is a medium blonde. I then chemically relaxed my hair and now it is very dry and brittle. how can i make my hair healthier and more moisturized. like what shampoos and conditioners and deep conditioners and products would you reccomnd.

you could try running a smoothing serum through it? John Frida is really good. it's not cheap but it moisturises hair really well and gives it a healthy glossy shine. I would suggest though, if you wanted to REALLY cure your hair woes to have it cut as short as you possibly can and re-grow it. You can mend hair that is brittle and full of split ends - you can band-aid solution it by using serum or other treatments but the only way to FIX it is to cut and regrow it (oh, and stop having it chemically treated! Curly hair is beautiful! )

Try Nexxus Humectress. Its a very rich conditioner and does help moisturize dry, brittle hair. Honestly, I would suggest that you go to a good hair salon and have them take a look at your hair. They have professional grade deep conditioning treatments that they can put on your hair to help get it back into shape. Also, you cannot heal split ends. The only way you can get rid of them is to cut them off.

Chemically relaxing your hair will always have the result you have had to suffer. I would recommend the brand Paul Mitchell as I use it and have great results. I would also recommend you using both the washout conditioner and leave-in conditioner, using both will do well with moisturizing your hair. *BE SURE TO LEAVE THE WASHOUT CONDITIONER IN YOUR HAIR AT LEAST 2 MINUTES!* The longer you leave it in the more your hair will absorb!

Avoid wearing hats or any hair decor(such as bobby pins, barrettes, ponytail holders, etc...) You should also avoid hairspray and gel, though if it is necessary a light holding gel or spray should be okay.

Stay far away from curling irons, straightening irons as you want to keep your hair from any hot heat (including the hot sun or really hot showers). Also, Do NOT dye or highlight your hair! You need to stay FAR away from anything harsh on your hair until it is strong and healthy again.

Give this a couple of weeks maximum and you will start noticing smoother and healthier hair. %26lt;3

Try the Dove Advanced Care Therapy for Severely Damaged Hair. They make a shampoo and conditioner and a repairing treatment and you can get each for less than $4 at Wal-Mart. I picked some up and I love it!!! It really does work. Here is the website for it too:
