well the skin of the baby usually will break out and its not bc of what you ate but bc of all the hormones they get while in us but that goes away a day or so after their born. Just eat veggies, dairy, fruits. You know all the good things to eat. Make veggie soup that is super good while pregnant.

1. Lots of fruits. Avoid juices rather take fruits as whole

3. I wld say avoid fish because of scare of mercury in it but go for red meats and chicken.
4. Corn flakes tossed with banana, some cashews, raisins and milk.
5. Oatmeal or Porridge with lots of veggies so that you do not have constipation which leads to skin problems.
6. Avoid anything oily/greasy and deep fried. Rather go for baked/steamed/roasted dishes.
7. Almonds and Coconut.
8. Gooseberry - a very rich source of Vitamin C. Try cooking it to make it eatable.
9. Curd, Cheese and all milk products if you can digest them.
10. Avoid outside junk food. Instead prepare at home and try Organic fruits and veggies.
Most of all, stay tension-free and relax. Be hydrated, drink lots of water and other fluids. Go for regular walks. Good luck..

prenatal vitamins and water, although i did all that with my pregnancy and i broke out so bad. i had never had pimples but as soon as i got pregnant i had them on my face my back and my chest. i hated it!!
