i know damaged hair cant be fixed and I know it takes time to regrow. what is the best way to stimulate hair to grow? any secrets to healthy hair? I know the obvious answers, like dont color it, dont use dryers and heat, but what can I do nutritionally and naturally to help growth? thanks!!

Eat healthy, work out, and live healthy. Until then, use the trusty K-Pak by Joico and deep condition it at least once a week. I would make sure the manager of the salon knows your hair was overprocessed there, too. They need to know what their stylists are doing. If someone complained that I overprocessed and ruined their hair, I know I'd get to at *least* listen to my manager for about a week.
