Thicker, healthier hair?

my hair is thin but frizzy and greasy, all at the same time. it's not awful, but it should be healthier (only 25 yrs. old). what can i do to make it grow healthier and thicker? i dont even use conditioner that much because it gets reasy mid-day if i do, so i would prefer not to use a leave-in cond. or anything.

Yes, the best thing to do is speak to a stylist at a salon about your problems. Ask about yuko hair straightening... it reconstructs your hair. But that is rather expensive and not available all places.

I have frizzy hair that used to get greasy real quick. Dont run your hands through it too much during the day. Also, start trying to wait a while between washes, the oil in your hair will start to adjust and create less once you wash it less.

Go to someone that works at a salon, and ask them, they would know how to make it better, and what products to use!

Try using Castor Oil once in a week at night %26amp; rinse in the morning. I'v been using it for the past 3 weeks %26amp; I can already notice the difference to healthy looking hair.

might sound weird but try the shampoo they use on horses and then use a repair and protect conditioner, also when you are done washing apply placenta spray just before styling, and at night before going to bed.Give that three weeks and your hair will look and feel great.
