I have fine, thin, but healthy hair. I wash it daily, but can't use conditioners or static guard, because then it looks like it wasn't washed. Any suggestions on keeping my hair clean and yet removing static??

Its because your house has alot of static electricity, use fabric softener on your clothes always, get a clean spray bottle, fill with water and one small load ammount of fabric softener, spray everything down in your house thats made of fabric carpets sofas stuff like that, also for a quick fix run a dryer sheet threw your hair :P

Try rubbing a fabric softener sheet over your hair, it reduces static for me.
