it depends on what type of hair you have and how damaged is it? is it curly or straigh? It also depends what decent you are. Hair is very hard, but try Selsun blue or Head and Shoulders. Tresseme is pretty good. And it is best o switch shampoo every 2-3 months, so the hair doesn't get used to it.
